Summer slow down

Postby ShadowsMyst on Wed Jun 27, 2012 1:59 pm

Its that time of year again when summer comes around and everyone is out and about, and disappears from the interwebs for a bit. (unless you are like me and don't really /get/ a holiday per se...)

What are your plans for the summer? Going anywhere special? Doing anything fun before the shackles of work and or school once again catch up with you?

Catch up with me? Bleh. I work at the mall here in town. Now that school's out, we've got swarms of brat teenagers running all over the place all the bloody time. Can't wait for September.

As for fun stuff to do...don't know, really. Don't have any plans at the moment as far as vacations go.
Until shade is gone, until water is dust, into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath to spit in Sightblinder's eye on the last day.

Congratulations on the marriage.

For me summer has a tendency to get busier. With people not needing them for school at the moment, they all bring their computers in now to get fixed. So I spend the day, either removing viruses, or trying to recreate issues.

I'd complain but I actually enjoy that stuff.

Thanks guys

*happy dance*

I forgot to mention that all of the travel I do during the summer. Starting mid-May to the end of June the wanderlust is hard to deny. July and August are spent recovering from all of those weekends gone.

Summer is all the same foe me but my wife is the lucky one. She's a teacher you see. She gets 7 weeks off.

nothing fancy booked for this summer but who knows something may pop up.
