where the hell is word starter

i got a new laptop yesterday, i been trying to get word or excel starter or at least word 07 (because they never give you office off the bat) so when i started it up, i cant find the op to get it, i've went to the site and it get me going around in circles, can someone get me a link to it or tell me what the hell is going on?

Could Open Office fill the gap in the meantime? It is an open source word processing program.

yes i can but it has some stuff missing like a spill checker or grammer checker

Office 2013 just came out so chances are 07 and even the 2010 versions won't be available online anymore.
And last I checked open office had a spell check.
