Its been toted as the "Rocky Horror Picture Show" for the new millennium. And you know what? It kinda is.
If you haven't seen this, its recently been released to video and has some EXTREMELY catchy songs. It stars the likes of Anthony Head (of Buffy the vampire slayer fame), Paris Hilton, Ogre (from skinny puppy), Sarah Brightmann (Best selling soprano. what a voice!), and more.

Its worth a couple of watches. The reason I say a couple is because its a show that's actually BETTER the second time around.
So what's the story?
Basically it goes as such: The year is 2050 something and the world has suffered an epidemic of organ failure. From this tragedy arose GeneCo! A mega corporation which provides organ transplants... with financing! As time went on, surgery became the vogue, and people are pretty much all addicted to sugery and the drugs to control the pain, the main one called Zydrate, the street version of this is gotten by collecting it from the dead. GeneCo gets a bill passed allowing them to repossess organs from people who'd defaulted on their payments. To this end they send the legalized assassins, the Repo Men, to collect the still beating heart from your chest.
The story itself centers on one such repo man, and his daughter who doesn't know of his dual life and is sick with a 'blood disease'.
This movie is a rock musical, and some of the most notable songs you can check out online. Here's some links to my favorites:

Its very interesting for a take on a dark future. I could see some of this in Shifters, particularly in the undercity in some of the subcultures of the street.
Gorbs: I think you'd like this in particular for some ideas for your cult. XD
