How does the human society cope with the existence of shifters, vampires, and other creatures of myth, or, rather, how does the veil manage to keep all of these minorities under check and secrecy, away from prying eyes of humans?

What story/plot points have been dropped from this new incarnation of the shiters web comics?
Mostly I'm interested in that guy who got bitten by Farah in the last issue and turned I and then couldn't be controlled like most new vampires. I don't think we ever even learned his name. Is he gone from future plans?

Will this story take as long to develop as the last one? I admit to wanting it to happen faster since I read the originals and have been waiting for the new version for a while.

How much of the story has been written?

If I recall properly, it was once stated that the RP influenced the story occasionally, such as the inclusion of Red Eye(?), how frequent is this, how flexible is the story line, how much influence do the forums have on the over all story?
